I am a Counsellor working in Westbury, Wiltshire BA13  

Before working as a counsellor I worked in other areas of food and health and it was my own life events that led me to counselling - first as a client in therapy followed by extensive training going back many years and then as a counsellor myself.

As a counselling therapist much of my work has been based in GP surgeries, especially in Westbury, working with depression, anxiety and stress. I am committed to providing a safe space to allow exploration of thoughts and feelings which may be causing difficulties - and perhaps facilitate a greater understanding of yourself.

As a counsellor I use an holistic approach - looking at the whole body,mind and spirit. In this way we can work together at understanding what will be most helpful to you as an individual.

My counselling work is usually based in Westbury, Wiltshire , BA13 which is within easy reach of Trowbridge, Warminster, Devizes and Frome.
