My Special Interests are:

Much of my practice has been working in GP surgeries in Wiltshire, particularly in Westbury, so working with depression, anxiety and stress which can be connected to many things. From this I have a developing interest in potential links between our mental and physical health -the effect on the body of our mental stresses. Perhaps dis-ease was the word used so long ago for disease that we forget to notice our own body's unease.

Background

My first training was in nutrition and I worked in this area for many years leading me to have a specific interest in food and eating - and the role this plays in our life.Being passionate about both people and food makes this a natural area for me to work with now.

My previous experience also includes several years working with organisations in many different countries.I travelled extensively and spent time working with people from a wide range of cultures.

I have been settled near Westbury, Wiltshire for many years now with all the challenges of family life!

Costs: I charge £45 per session.
In addition,to make counselling available to everyone, I offer some spaces at a lower cost.
